What are your normal opening hours?

Answer:  Our normal opening hours are a follows:

Monday: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Tuesday: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Wednesday: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Thursday: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00pm

Sunday: Closed.

Our harvest season hours may be different to the above hours.

Do you offer out-of-hours service?

Answer: Yes we offer an out-of-hours call out service if needed and provide a fast and efficient response throughout the year.

Do you offer delivery on parts?

Answer: Yes we offer a wide range of delivery options on stock parts and many of our suppliers can ship directly to you if we don’t have the part in stock. We can offer timed next day deliveries as well as Royal Mail and economy delivery. Contact our parts department for more details.

What are your delivery charges for parts orders?

Answer: These will vary dependent on the parts ordered, the weight of the parts and the delivery method required. Whilst we always try to keep our delivery costs low, it is always best to ask for a quote so that there are no nasty surprises!

Can you deliver my machine?

Answer: Yes we can arrange transport of your new or used machine or you are welcome to arrange your own transport or collect in person if this is possible.

What payment options do you offer on machinery?

Answer: We take payment by cash, cheque, electronic transfer, credit and debit card and we can arrange finance too from one of our reputable lenders. Finance is provided subject to status.

Do you offer credit accounts?

Answer: Yes we do offer a 30-day credit account on parts and service only (not wholegoods). if you would like to open a 30-day credit account, please contact our accounts department.

Please note that credit accounts are subject to approval and can be withdrawn at the discretion of the accounts department at any time.

How can I pay for my goods or service bills?

Answer: We take payment by cash, cheque, credit and debit card and electronic payment such as BACS or CHAPS.

We also offer 30-day credit accounts and a range of finance options subject to status.
